I was on a walk just talking with God and a thought hit me. Do not look to people to satisfy you (family, girlfriend, spouse, employee, child, employer, pastor) because they can't. It would be selfish to try and puts an unreasonable expectation on them. Let Jesus satisfy you. He is enough. And He wants to be that for you.

Then go and love and serve people not to get your joy but because Jesus already gave you that.
